Amir Ben-Yohanan

"Amir Ben-Yohanan, who is also the company's president, formed the West of Hudson Group, Inc., which has its headquarters in New York. He presently holds the positions of Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Financial Officer of Clubhouse Media Group Inc., as well as President and Chief Executive Officer of West of Hudson Group Inc., among other positions and duties (a subsidiary of Clubhouse Media Group, Inc.).

In his former position as Senior Director of Finance at AT&T Corporation, he had extensive experience in accounting and finance.

His master's degree was conferred to him by the University of Sydney after he had completed his studies in that institution."
